Next meeting scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 3.
Next week McKinney City Council will begin meeting one hour earlier with regular sessions starting at 5:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of every month. The meeting Tuesday, March 3, will include an invocation given by Dr. Thomas Brumett of First United Methodist Church.
Blue Star Flags will be given to Bobette & Jon Mauck on behalf of their son, Brian Mauck and Dan & Darlene Kellner in honor of their son, Christopher Daniel Kellner.
Also, principal Susie Towber and art instructor Deanna Smith of Minshew Elementary will receive a certificate of appreciation for exhibiting artwork of McKinney's youth at City Hall.
On the agenda for council consideration and action are enforcement of motor vehicle idling restrictions, naming of the Veterans Memorial Park Site and naming of the Wilson Creek Greenway site.
