CONSTRUCTION: The $220 million bid awarded to W.W. Webber was the lowest of the bunch and the highest in NTTA history. The fourth strip of the State Highway 121 has a construction company, thanks to a multi-million bid that is the largest ever awarded to a contractor in the North Texas Tollway Authority’s nine-year history.W.W. Webber received the fourth leg of the SH 121 construction project from the NTTA for a bid of just under $220 million. The fourth section of the road stretches from Hardin Boulevard to the U.S. 75/SH 121 interchange and through Medical Center Drive in McKinney.
